Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, email & text reminders are immediately sent out upon booking an appointment and 72 hours prior of appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour business notice (Tuesday-Friday) is required in order to avoid cancellation fees.
- No call no show - 100% of service cost.
- Not within 48 hours business notice (Tuesday-Friday) - 50% of service cost.

* If there is an issue with any tools, please keep your receipt (for proof of purchase) and contact the manufacturer directly. All
of our tool manufacturers stand by their products.
For safety and liability purposes, No children under the age of 10 may accompany you while services are being performed. Children are only permitted in the salon while having a service.
We do not have facilities for childcare, and cannot assure their safety in this professional environment where chemicals and heated tools are being used. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and experience for our guests.
